RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Exchanges:
Items purchased from Harmonic Designs.com may be exchanged for another item within 14 days of delivery. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping both ways. The customer will need to provide a prepaid mailing label or we can email you an invoice for the shipping so we can process the return shipping costs.

To initiate the exchange process, please email us with the reason for the exchange. Please check our online store on HarmonicDesigns.com to confirm we have your top requested choices in stock. If you'd like to select an exchange item that is of higher value than your original purchase price, we will email you an electronic invoice for the remainder, which must be paid so we may process the difference in price.  Exchanges must be of equal or greater value only.

Returns:
Items purchased from HarmonicDesigns.com may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
